  • Lester Wooldridge

    Founder & General Manager

    Lester founded Wooldridge Heating Air Electrical in 1975, the area leader in comfort systems installation. Lester is the General Manager of Operations at Wooldridge and is very passionate about customer satisfaction for all services provided. Lester is also the creative mind behind the marketing of the company.

  • Trisha Wooldridge

    Founder & Staff Advisor

    Trisha is the co-founder of Wooldridge Heating Air Electrical, and the wife of Lester. She has been a part of the company since 1975. Her commitment to customer satisfaction can be seen every day through her dedication as Office Staff Advisor. Trisha is responsible for the day to day operations in the office and oversees the Apprenticeship Program.

  • Dana Marr

    Administrative Manager

    Dana has been a part of the staff at Wooldridge since 1986, with experience in service dispatch, customer service, sales, and inventory control. Dana is now responsible for assisting in the daily management of Wooldridge, as well as overseeing the employee benefit programs and human resources.

  • Todd Marr

    Sales & Install Controller

    Todd joined the Wooldridge staff in June 2004 with experience in inventory control, business administration, and financial management. Todd is a graduate of Radford University with a degree in Business Administration. Todd currently coordinates all scheduling for our sales process and the installation of HVAC systems.

  • Jeremy Mixon

    Inventory Controller

    Jeremy has worked in many areas of Wooldridge since 2006. Jeremy currently manages all of the purchasing for Wooldridge including HVAC equipment, service parts, electrical supplies and generators. Jeremy also oversees the day to day functions of the fabrication duct shop and staging for installations in homes and businesses.

  • Matt Tomlin

    Electrical/Install Manager

    Matt has been with Wooldridge since May 2005. Matt has 10 years’ experience in HVAC installation, Generator Installation, Electrical Service, and Generator Service. Matt is a Generac certified technician for stand by home generators as well as holds his Master HVAC certification.

  • Jason Thomas

    Comfort Consultant

    Jason has been on the staff of Wooldridge since 1989. Jason has experience in all aspects of the service and installation of HVAC systems, including duct and air flow. Jason is currently the project manager for all Wooldridge commercial projects. He handles all commercial sales, commercial savings agreements, and assists with residential sales appointments.

  • Melvin Turner

    Electrical/Generator Sales

    Melvin has been a part of the Wooldridge staff since 1990. He has over 25 years of experience in the electrical and automatic standby generator fields. He is responsible for managing and overseeing the electrical department as well as performing the electrical and generator in-home consultations.

  • Terri Moses

    Human Resources

    Terri joined Wooldridge in July of 2015 as our Human Resource Manager and Director of Safety Education for employees. She has over 15 years of Human Resource experience that she is applying to our company to support new hires, current employees and benefit programs.

  • Will Sandidge

    Comfort Consultant

    Will joined Wooldridge in April 2013 as a Precision Tune Up specialist maintaining HVAC equipment and selling equipment-enhancement components. Will is a Marketing Management graduate of Salisbury State University. Will has diverse sales experience and is now a Comfort Consultant with Wooldridge. He performs in home consultations for whole house generator installs and the install or replacement of your HVAC equipment to keep you and your family comfortable in your home.
